By installing, accessing, or using DashAI ("the App," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including merchants who install the App through the Shopify App Store.
DashAI is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered analytics dashboards. The App allows merchants to:
To use DashAI, you must have an active Shopify store. The App is accessed through your Shopify admin panel.
By installing the App, you authorize us to access your Shopify store data as necessary to provide our services. You confirm that you have the authority to grant such access.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
DashAI offers tiered pricing based on your Shopify plan. Current pricing is displayed in the Shopify App Store and within the App.
All charges are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Shopify's refund policies. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of your Shopify store data. By using the App, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.
While we strive to provide accurate analytics, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights or reports generated by the App. You are responsible for verifying any business decisions based on our analytics.
The App uses artificial intelligence to process natural language queries and generate analytics. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete.
We use third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) to power certain features. Your queries may be processed by these services in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
We do not guarantee that AI features will meet your specific requirements or produce error-free results.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by DashAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DASHAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DashAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's requirements.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DashAI regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
